The facility consisted of three (3) storeys with an approximate building area of 7.050 sq. ft. The design included office administration space, production areas, shipping and packaging, commercial kitchen, and solarium. The facility incorporated passive house energy efficiency design. SBSG provided architectural design, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering and contract administration of the facility.
